Bruce has been working on energy, renewable energy and clean fuels projects for the past 33 years. His core expertise is project contract structure, financing and strategy and energy project development in the US and globally.

Bruce started as an attorney structuring, negotiating and drafting project contracts, negotiating financing documents, closing financing and securing initial loan draw of funds. Bruce later expanded into the full-scale development of projects, including several successful “green-field” developments in the United States and overseas.

As the CEO of Trianon Partners over 30 years, Bruce has engaged in development, financing and sale of a wide variety of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, geothermal and landfill gas. He has also assisted in structuring licensing arrangements for a number of renewable technologies expansion and commercialization.

Bruce received his B.S. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and a LL.M from New York University Law School.
